Job Title: Safeguarding and Welfare Officer

Salary: NJC Grade 5, Scale Points 26-30 (£37,280 - £40,777 pro rata)

FTE: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum (term-time only)

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: July 2026

We are looking for a committed practitioner to join our Pastoral team at Stowupland High School. We need someone with a passion for and understanding of the welfare and wellbeing of young people, to enable them to secure great outcomes and lead a happy and fulfilling life.

We are at a very exciting stage of our development. We have transformed the culture and ethos of the school, creating a community with genuine mutual respect at the heart of all it does.
