Site Maintenance Technician
Salary: Grade 3 Scale Points 4-6 starting at £18,426 per annum
FTE: Full Time 37 hours per week / all year round

Location: Stowupland High School
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated Site Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team at Stowupland High School as soon as possible. You will provide a key role in maintaining the premises and grounds, to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community. The hours of work are 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm with the flexibility to cover as necessary including some evening events plus a shared on-call rota.
You will be:
- friendly and welcoming
- competent in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment
- calm and able to work under pressure
- able to work to deadlines
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- able to prioritise tasks and see them through to completion
Candidates may already have experience in some of these areas, but applications are welcome from all those able to demonstrate a proven track record in their existing field, coupled with the determination to provide the best possible environment for learning and teaching.
